15 Minute Killer Cardio Challenge For Women

This workout takes exactly 15 minutes so you will need a watch or a timer that will do the count down for you. I am using my Gymboss Interval Timer.

One round looks like this and your goal is to complete as many rounds as you can:

  1. Jump Lunges – 10 reps
  2. One Arm Push Ups – 2 reps on each arm
  3. Half Burpees – 10 reps
  4. One Arm Push Ups – 2 reps on each arm
